Warehousing & Distribution

Our Warehousing and Distribution takes place in a 260,000 sq. ft. ISO 9001:2000 Registered Quality System facility conveniently located at I-495 just south of the Massachusetts Turnpike I-90 and less than an hour from all major freight carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, Airborne, the US Postal Service and the Ocean Freight Terminal in Boston, Massachusetts.

Our facility leverages a high-rack storage system that accommodates over 13,500 pallets. 

Additional capabilities and services available include:

  • All orders processed within 24 hours
  • Worldwide shipments made daily via all major carriers
  • Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Capability
  • Bar-Code inventory tracking system
  • Pick and pack operation
  • Web based order entry and inventory reporting

Drop Ship Program

We are a full service provider with Drop Ship services that include warehousing, fulfillment, gift wrapping, customer service and web based supply chain technology. Our Drop Ship program enables our e-tailers and catalog customers to offer our extensive brand portfolio, provide outstanding customer service while minimizing inventory holding cost risk.

Sales and Customer Service

We have an in-house team of Sales and Customer Service Professionals who have over 100 years of experience combined.  Our entire team is motivated by design and our customer’s success with the design we sell.

In addition to our in-house team we have a nationwide network of agents in both the U.S. and Canada.  All agents have been selected based on their experience with selling design, their portfolio of complimentary products, the customer base they service and their sales professionalism.

We have an in-house team of marketing professionals, graphic designers and web developers who live and breathe “brand” and “retail” giving you access to more than just a distributorship.  From printed promotions, store design, eMarketing to trade shows we have an entire team ready to support your requirements.

Trade Show Management

Our team is intimately familiar with the costs and logistics of orchestrating and manning a trade show booth.  We can assist with planning, filing show applications, making reservations, renting equipment and provide personnel for booth set up, sales and breakdown.

Market Strategy

Our team knows the US and Canadian retail markets and what it takes to successfully launch a brand.  Our experience with introducing leading design manufacturers to the North American marketplace and our relationships with the premiere retailers that define it is our competitive advantage.
