Order Conditions
- Opening order minimum: $ 500.00
- Re-order minimum: $ 200.00
- Orders below the Re-order minimum will be charged a $20.00 order processing fee.
- Orders will be shipped in case pack quantities. Orders less than a case pack quantity will incur a fifteen
percent (15%) surcharge.
- Any resale is not allowed without previous agreement with Reach Distribution.
Delivery
- All in stock orders will be shipped within two (2) business days from confirmation of order.
- Unless a customer’s shipping account information is provided a Shipping Fee will be applied.
- All orders including those shipped on a customer’s account shall incur a Handling Fee at a rate of $5.00
per order and $1.00 per line item.
Returns or Exchanges
- All returns and/or exchanges must be authorized in writing by a representative of Reach Distribution within
fifteen (15) days of receipt.
- We only accept product in re-sellable condition that is packaged in un-opened, un-damaged original
product boxes without price tags.
- Returns will be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) re-stocking fee.
- All damage and/or breakage claims must be made in writing to Reach Distribution within fifteen (15)
business days of receipt. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization by a Reach Distribution
representative.
Payment
- Opening orders are to be prepaid in full.
- Net 30 day terms from date of invoice is available with approved credit.
- A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be added to past due invoices.
- Payment may be made by check (preferred) payable to “REACH DISTRIBUTION”, credit card (American
Express, MasterCard and Visa) or wire transfer.
